Design to products for the Gift Trade has been a regular commision over the history of Corvus Design Services. These are usually handled with a very loose brief and usually involves assembling alternative product names and assessing the best visual approach to the product. Generally this involves the development to a 3 dimensional design and the graphics applied to it. However in the past, projects have included designing cartoon characters as salt and pepper pots, which required fully finished clay models, for use as masters in the far eastern factories, to designing decorative cushions using a specific range of materials, silks and buttons, as seen below.
